Can I reuse the ducting which is already installed for my old ducted air conditioner?
Ducting is sized and placed according to the house layout and the desired air distribution. As long as the ductwork meets the requirements of both the unit and the air conditioned space then it is fine to keep the old ducting if it is in good condition. This would need to be confirmed with your air conditioning installer in accordance with your particular requirements.
