About the Role/Responsibilities:
- Facilities – The responsibility of coordinating scheduled maintenance and identifying repairs across all company facilities for each location. Ensuring safety, compliance and adherence to budget is applied across all sites. As part of your role, you will be responsible for conducting inductions and liaise with on service agreements, quotes, scope of work and licensing. Building strong relationships and providing 1st class service to service partners is key. Monthly reporting and day to day admin duties as required.
- Fleet - Motor vehicle fleet management for the lifecycle of the organisation’s vehicles. This includes ordering vehicles, requesting leases, managing lease contracts and monthly reporting. As part of your role, you will collaborate closely with drivers to ensure maintenance is completed on a timely manner and manage the insurance and repair process.
- Safety – The safety element contains effectively communicating safety information to the business, organising workshops/meetings (including taking minutes) and other safety related activities to the business. You will also support the manager with reporting on incidents or hazards as required.
Potentially there will be opportunities to get involved with sustainability requirements and other projects as required by the business.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Facilities, Fleet, Safety or Support Coordination - Experience in at least one of these areas is required and a desire to broaden your knowledge to the other areas is essential
- Excellent communication, time management, prioritising, negotiating and organisational skills
- Sound computer skills in using internal systems and MS Suite (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and ability to work within a team environment
- Proactive and can-do attitude with a hands-on approach
- Able to operate in a dynamic, fast moving, evolving environment
- A positive attitude with a growth mindset and one who thrives for continuous improvement would succeed
