Fujitsu General Australia has today announced a four year partnership with Sydney FC that includes the Sky Blues’ Hyundai A-League, National Premier League (NPL) and Academy squads.
The Fujitsu General logo will appear on the back of Sydney FC’s Hyundai A-League playing shorts, and will feature on the front of shirt for the club’s NPL and Academy sides, which is a first for the Sky Blues’ youth teams.
“Fujitsu General Australia is passionate about supporting and investing in the community through sporting initiatives,” commented Philip Perham, Fujitsu General Australia and New Zealand managing director. “Fujitsu has a proud history of supporting grass roots sporting programs, as well as professional sporting teams, and is excited to be continuing this through our relationship with Sydney FC.
“This partnership brings together two brands that excel in their individual fields and who are passionate about giving back to the communities that support them.
“Fujitsu General has a very strong culture of people first. We believe the health and wellbeing of our staff and the communities we support is paramount, and partnering with like-minded organisations such as Sydney FC provides opportunities for us to reach even more enthusiastic, young soccer players, and to help them achieve their goals and aspirations,” stated Perham.
Sydney FC Chief Executive Officer Danny Townsend said, “We value the importance of an excellent culture within our club and that is a key ingredient of Fujitsu General and its organisation. I’m looking forward to a great relationship and being involved in some fantastic initiatives with Fujitsu General over the next four years.”
